How to I pick up my badge?
You are able to pick up your badge at the event. You will need a legal form of ID in order to pick up your badge. Badges must be picked up by the person identified on the badge. If you have any questions or need to update your badge information, feel free to email [email protected].
How do I register for tournaments?
You are able to register for tournaments on our Start.gg page. If you have any questions regarding tournaments, please reach out to us on our Discord.
How do I pick up my merch?
Your merch along with your badge will be picked up on site.

Will You Become The Beast in the East?
BITE 9 will host over a dozen tournaments that will feature some of the best players from around the globe! Show off your skills and claim glory in your favorite game!
We also have many fun side tournaments at the event that range from your traditional tournament all the way to mystery games! No matter hardcore or casual you can find a tournament for you.

Get Lost in a Sea of Arcade Games!
This isn't your everyday arcade. We partner with arcade providers all over the country to have the widest variety of arcade machines to play at the event.
You can play arcade classics all the way to Japanese exclusives all weekend long for free with a badge.

HOTEL AND TRAVEL
Hotel Room Block
The official hotel for BITE 9 is the Embassy Suites by Hilton Hampton Roads Convention Center. This hotel is right next to the convention center.
Room rates are $175 a night. The rooms are all spacious suites with a living room area and the option of single or double bed. The room block fills up really fast every year. Please keep an eye on our social media channels if the block fills up!
Travel
There are two airports that you can fly into for BITE 8 Norfolk International Airport (ORF) and Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport (PHF)
When flying into ORF, please keep in mind there will be a bridge tunnel on your way to the venue that can be congested. Please plan all travel accordingly.
